Well, i have to show the class a scene in a movie where it shows leadership. And i want to show the scene in I Am Legend where Robert uses situational leadership by sacrificing himself to save those two people almost at the end of the movie. I would have to write a paper on it and give one to everyone in class and explain the scene and why it shows leadership. Does this sound good to you?

Let me explain: They really “encourage” leadership and independent thinking to come up with good ideas, etc. However, if someone that is not “upper management” comes up with a great idea they shoot it down. It’s almost like they are embarrassed a mid-level or low-level employee came up with a better idea than they did. Any thoughts? Anybody work for a business like this?

With U.S. forces SO close to Iran-proper in Iraq, you might think that the Iranian leadership is looking for the U.S. forces to attack in SOME manner to make Iran feel provoked enough to respond like LBJ did to the Gulf of Tonkin incident in Vietnam on the order of 45 years ago.
