Does going to the Congressional Student Leadership conference cost anything?

I got this thing in the mail and its for leadership. I kind of want to go but i dont know how much it would cost to go. I know i will have to pay for a plane ticket but i was just wondering if anyone knew how much it would cost?

    The brochure I got from them lists costs of $1599 for 6 days, $2299-2499 for 10 days for the ones in the USA. International is more.
