    Leadership quality is very important. This gives the impetus to organise human power. One has to have a lot of vitality, courage, stand in front and fight for the right of others. In short one has to lead. On ehas also to understand one’s own people ’s psychology.
    President Roosewelt and Pre. Kennedy were great leaders.
    Take their speeches esp. in the time of crisis, and how they led their out of that grim moment.
